Assembly Instructions:

1. Print the pages on paper or cardstock.
2. Colour the wheel if desired.
3. Cut out both circles.
4. Laminate the pieces for extra durability (optional), then trim around the circles again.
5. Cut out the triangle window from the top wheel.
6. Punch a hole in the centre of both wheels and fasten them together with a paper fastener (split pin/brad) so the wheel spins freely.
