How do I receive a Digital Order?

Upon confirmation of your payment, all digital products will be provided to you in the form of PDF files. The receipt email you receive after your purchase will contain a link for you to easily download your files. Please note that digital files are non-refundable. However, if you encounter any difficulties with downloading or printing, please reach out and I will promptly assist you in resolving the issue.

What is the sizing guide for the clothing?

The sizes provided for T-Shirts are for EU sizing, for customers in the US, I suggest ordering one size larger, as the sizing tends to be smaller in the US market. Please refer to the product photos for accurate measurements and sizing information. Alternatively, feel free to reach out if you require assistance.

What is your clothing return policy?

magicalminikids is proud to work with ethical companies that provide top-notch products. However despite this partnership with production partners, I cannot guarantee that unforeseen issues, such as delivery or printing errors, will not occur. Nevertheless, I am dedicated to resolving any problems, so please reach out if you need to. The return policy lasts for 30 days,  this means that you have 30 Days after you have received your item to return it. There are no cancellations after an order has been placed. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer (this will be to our UK address. In the event of misprinted, damaged, or defective items, claims should be filed within 14 days of receiving the product. In the case of packages lost during transit, all claims must be submitted within 30 days of the estimated delivery date. Any claims that are determined to be our responsibility will be covered at our own cost. All Charity T-Shirts cannot be returned for a refund, except in cases where there are quality or printing problems. If you wish to return an item, please contact me here.

How much and how long is delivery for clothing?

All orders include FREE shipping. However, please keep in mind that delivery may take up to 10 days after your order is confirmed, as shipping times differ depending on your location. All products are specially crafted for you once you place an order, which is why it may take a bit longer to reach you. By creating products on demand instead of in large quantities, this helps to reduce overproduction, so thank you for your thoughtful purchasing decisions. Nevertheless, please note that buyers are responsible for any applicable customs and import taxes. Kindly note that magicalminikids cannot be held accountable for any delays caused by customs.

Why does the garment have a vinegar smell?

Upon unpacking your new garment, featuring a direct-to-garment (DTG) print, you might observe a vinegar-like scent, or a residue with an off-white appearance. Please be reassured that this occurrence is entirely typical and does not warrant any worry. The fixation agent, which is applied during the printing process, is responsible for these characteristics, and they are not permanent. To resolve this matter, it is recommended to wash your garment in cold water and allow it to air dry. This simple procedure should effectively eliminate both the odour and residue. 

How do I wash the garment?

Machine wash cold, inside-out
gentle cycle with mild detergent and similar colours.
Se non-chlorine bleach, only when necessary.
No fabric softeners.
Tumble dry low, or hang-dry for longest life.
Cool iron inside-out if necessary.
Do not iron decoration.

What is your return's policy for other items?
